Responsibilities
Responsible for providing compensation analysis for provider comp, including tasks like data entry, maintaining provider compensation records, files and databases, collection and analyzing market data from salary surveys to benchmark provider compensation, assisting in Physician Compensation Committee preparation, creating and generating reports for provider compensation related tasks, collaborating with payroll to ensure provider payroll data integrity, and ensuring compliance with company provider compensation policies. Collaborates with provider contracting team on provider compensation related issues and inquiries, and answers general provider compensation related questions. Maintains strict confidentiality of provider data and compensation information.

Education/License/Experience Requirements:

Associate’s/ bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience in Finance or healthcare preferred

Experience in physician compensation analytics and physician compensation arrangements preferred
•
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; previous experience in analytics preferred
