Pay: $22.00–$28.00/hr based on position and experience

What You’ll Do
As a Roll Processing & Grinding Technician, you may work in our Grind Shop or Roll Assembly/Bearing Maintenance area. You’ll help prepare, maintain, and process rolls and equipment that support our rolling mills and production areas.
•
Operate and monitor grinding equipment
•
Set up and grind rolls to the correct specifications
•
Inspect, assemble, and maintain rolls, bearings, and chocks
•
Read work orders, drawings, charts, and production schedules
•
Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
•
Inspect finished work for quality
•
Safely move rolls and materials
•
Operate or learn to operate forklifts and overhead cranes
•
Help troubleshoot equipment and reduce downtime
•
Complete basic computer work and documentation
•
Keep the work area clean and safe

Openings are for 2nd and 3rd shift only
•
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
•
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
