Overview
Role purpose
Own end-to-end quality engineering for a Dynamics 365 enterprise application. Platform emphasis: Dynamics 365 and Power Platform depth is mandatory. Recruiters should look for direct testing of Dataverse, security roles, workflows, integrations and configuration-driven releases.
How you’ll make an impact
Responsibilities:
•
Lead requirements analysis, test planning, estimation and execution across releases.
•
Validate Dynamics 365 entities, forms, business process flows, security roles, workflows and integrations
•
Coordinate functional, integration, regression, exploratory and UAT support
•
Own defect triage, root-cause collaboration, retesting and closure
•
Validate Power Platform components where used, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
•
Partner with developers, product owners, SMEs and automation engineers
•
Mentor assigned analysts and establish reusable test assets and data.
•
Managing large projects or processes and/or products and systems with limited oversight from management.
•
Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower-level professionals.
•
Facing IT function related problems that are difficult and moderately complex.
•
Serving as an expert within own discipline
About you
Qualifications:
•
7+ years in QA/QE with recent lead-level responsibility.
•
