What You’ll Do as and Professional Services Associate:
•
Delivery of implementation projects, driving customers to success and value realization on the platform.
•
Follow project plans, respecting deadlines, and communicating proactively about progress and risks.
•
Craft best-in-class financial models to optimize and enhance clients’ existing processes.
•
Onboard, train, and support clients, transforming them into Abacum experts.
•
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to brainstorm and develop innovations in our features.
You have…
•
2+ years of hands-on experience implementing a financial planning/EPM platform; this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have (such as Anaplan, Adaptive, Drivetrain, Pigment, or similar).
•
Ability to explain financial and technical concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
•
Working knowledge of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation), enough to challenge a client’s assumptions, not just document them.
•
Proficiency with Excel and ability to build financial models.
•
Experience with SaaS project tools and Agile/hybrid methodologies.
•
Strong client-facing communication, comfortable presenting to and influencing senior finance stakeholders.
•
Formal Project Management Qualifications are a plus, not a requirement.
