Overview
Aluminum Dynamics Inc is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join the UBC Recycling Facility finance team. This key role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting both the organization’s financial performance and the well-being of its valued team members.
Responsibilities
•
Process and reconcile weekly and bi-monthly payroll
•
Conduct new hire orientation and exit interviews
•
Respond to and resolve employee issues/concerns with payroll, benefits enrollment, insurance claims, leave management and all other SDI benefits programs
•
Collaborate with vendors on issues regarding eligibility and claims
•
Maintain strict confidentiality related to employee information and comply with HIPPA regulations
•
Perform other duties as necessary
Qualifications
•
Prior experience in Payroll/Benefits
•
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well organized
•
Ability to communicate with clarity and impact
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
•
