Responsibilities:
•
Manage the set-up and optimization of hundreds of clients per month on the Google Business Profile platform
•
Constant email communication with clients to get all the needed information for the set-up/optimization
•
Create and update contents in client’s GBP profile
•
Process the optimization report of the optimized clients, provide continuous assistance and troubleshoot issues relating to the client’s GBP profile
•
Work directly with Google support team to resolve client issues
Requirements:
•
Min 1-2 years experience in Google services (Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Google Analytics)
•
The right candidate will be extremely organized and capable of multitasking
•
Great written English and communication /client management skills
•
Preferably with background in SEO and basic design skills
•
Team-player, adaptable and with problem solving skills
•
Experience with Zendesk and Google Workspace is a plus
