Position: Senior Manager, Program Management
What You Will Do
•
Manage the end-to-end product onboarding process for the Jiku (international products) line of business in Taiwan.
•
Ensure quality of catalog onboarding (images, content, titles, translations).
•
Manage SLAs and operational metrics.
•
Work with multiple stakeholders: Jiku business team, Jiku product team, catalog product team, and compliance stakeholders (e.g., PCO team).
•
Oversee AI-assisted translation quality and prevent escalations.
•
Identify problems and fix them proactively.
Basic Qualifications
•
People leadership and team management.
•
Operational process management.
•
Stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
•
Understanding of catalog onboarding (content, images, titles, translation workflows).
•
Ability to manage and collaborate with technology/product teams (though not required to be deeply technical).
Preferred Qualifications
•
Experience with international product onboarding.
•
Familiarity with compliance requirements for international/cross-border products.
•
Experience managing AI-assisted workflows or translation quality.
