What You’ll Do
•
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple requisitions and business functions.
•
Partner with hiring managers and HR to define talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
•
Proactively source and engage talent through direct sourcing, Boolean search, social media, and professional networks.
•
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
•
Provide market insights, recruiting data, and recommendations to stakeholders.
•
Manage competing priorities and urgent hiring needs while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
•
Use recruiting metrics and data to identify trends and improve results.
•
Ensure accurate ATS/CRM documentation and compliance with recruiting policies.
What We’re Looking For
