Your Role
We are looking for a Transfer Agent Associate 1, to join our Dealing team. You will be responsible for reviewing and implementing strict data quality processes and complying with the regulatory regimes related to Client Asset and Data protection. You will be delivering high quality service against goals and targets set by the Manager performing tasks under supervision and acting within defined procedures.
Your Team
You’ll be working within the Dealing department and directly reporting to the Line Manager, Officer level, establishing effective collaborative relations with clients, peers and superiors.
Your Responsibilities
•
Comply with the regulatory regimes, in particular Client Asset, Data Protection and Financial Crime regulation & Risk
•
Adhere to procedures in relation to all tasks in a timely and accurate manner
•
Exercise Due Diligence making sure processes are organized and under control
•
Ensure business standards and client deadlines are met on a consistent basis
•
Plan effectively quality services delivery
•

Your Profile

Bachelor’s or master’s Degree - Financial or Business education would be an asset
•
Good working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
