Job Overview:
As an Internal Audit intern within the FAR (Foundational Analyst Rotational) Program, participants will join us for a paid, ten-week summer internship supporting our IA Business Audit team. The internship experience includes
networking, relevant work assignments, group projects, social and wellness events, mentorship, and other informative learning sessions with key leaders. Our programming is designed to provide students with a blend of business and professional developmental opportunities that incorporates real-world experiences.
Please note: this is not a rotational internship. You will work on this team for the internship duration.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist in the completion of financial, operational, and process design assessments and control testing
• Participate in process walkthroughs and perform audit testing in accordance with department and professional standards
• Obtain exposure to systems, databases, and other applications used by the Company on a daily basis
• Practice project management through handling various assignments and projects
• Expand knowledge through training and other online courses
• Interact with other company leaders to develop an understanding of career options and opportunities at LPL Financial

Requirements:
• Current sophomore or junior.
• 3.0 GPA minimum.

Summer 2027 Internship Schedule:
• Full - time position for 10 weeks in the summer of 2027; Monday through Friday, working 40 hours a week during business operating hours.
• Internship dates: 6/1/2027 – 8/6/2027

Hourly Rate:
