About the role
As a Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) Association Governance (AG) Specialist within the Association Management Services (AMS) department, you will ensure the fulfillment of managing and administering compliance services as outlined in the management contracts between HGV and each Association. This role is tasked to ensure that management, financial, and administrative services provided by HGV pursuant to the management agreement between HGV and each association, remain in compliance with the governing documents of individual associations and state statutes of multiple states. An Association Governance Specialist must cultivate and build healthy, productive relationships with each association’s board of directors, resort management personnel, HGV legal department, association counsel, and all corporate level partners. Working as a liaison between HGV and the board of directors, and owners within multiple associations, the association governance specialist is involved in all aspects of managing the legal compliance, financial and administrative affairs of each association.
This position may be full time in office, a combination of in-office and remote, or primarily remote – TBD based on region and at the discretion of the regional AG leader.
