Libra, part of Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory, is building the next generation AI-native workspace for legal professionals. As we scale our business, we are seeking a Strategy & Business Development Director (m/f/d) to shape Libra’s growth strategy and lead key strategic initiatives.
As the Strategy & Business Development Director (m/f/d), you will be responsible for designing Libra’s growth strategy in alignment with the Legal & Regulatory strategy, and defining a clear path for growth execution. Acting as a strategic integrator across countries and functions, the Director partners with Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to maximize customer value, accelerate revenue growth and drive market adoption.
Combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution, the successful candidate will develop long-term growth strategies, prepare Executive Steering Committees, lead pricing and packaging initiatives, drive annual planning processes, and support executive decision-making.
This role is ideal for an experienced strategy leader with a consulting and/or technology background who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and brings strong expertise in AI, SaaS, commercial strategy, budgeting and business planning.
