Job Description
•
Lead EPC Waste to X project Quality Assurance (QA), serving as the main Quality interface for the Project Director/Manager and the Customer on Quality issues.
•
Ensure regulatory and quality compliance by developing quality strategies, managing QA/QC requirements, identifying risks for potential non-conformities proactively.
•
Oversee quality control, inspections, and documentation to achieve project objectives and regulatory standards.
•
Train and support project teams on Quality Systems, tools, and processes, promoting continuous adherence to standards.
•
Drive continuous improvement by analysing quality issues and implementing solutions using 8D/RCA, CAPA, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 6+ years’ experience in Waste toX/ Power generation /Oil and Gas Project/Site Quality Management, including welded constructions.
•
Knowledge of harmonised standards (e.g., EN 12952, EN 13480, EN 1090) and ASME BPVC, with expertise in Welding (e.g IWE), NDT methods (e.g RT, UT, MT, PT, VT) and corrosion protection (e.g FROSIO).
•
