Fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms is desirable.
