A day in the life:
•
Self generate a pipeline, prospect new commercial accounts and build territory while maintaining contract account base
•
Support sales and operations for Service Project and Service Agreement opportunities
•
Perform estimating activities for commercial mechanical service projects (i.e., equipment replacements, retrofits, installations)
•
Develop trusting relationships with customers and grow those relationships
•
Identify customer objectives and how our services may fit their needs
•
Analyze and make recommendations on modifying and repositioning agreements on renewal processes
You should have:
•
Mechanical Engineering degree or 2 + years mechanical experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
•
Experience working with facility managers, property managers, building engineers and operations directors
•
Skillful listener, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
•
Pipeline management experience
•
Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and Internet use
•
