Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
•
Lead residential HVAC installations with precision and professionalism
•
Install equipment to manufacturer specs, safety requirements, and company standards
•
Pre‑measure job sites to ensure smooth, accurate installs
•
Properly connect equipment and verify system performance
•
Deliver a clean, organized job site and a great customer experience
•
Represent Fire & Ice with pride and craftsmanship
