General Summary:
We are looking for a software engineer with 3–7 years of experience to develop next-generation enterprise AI platforms and agentic solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI/agent frameworks, APIs and SDKs, distributed systems, workflow orchestration, and developer tooling. The role involves building reusable AI platform capabilities and solving complex engineering problems in collaboration with platform, infrastructure, and domain engineering teams, from initial design and prototyping through production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
•
Design and develop production-grade AI and agentic platform services, APIs, and SDKs.
•
Build reusable capabilities for AI agents, tools, skills, MCP integrations, and agent workflows.
•
Develop and integrate solutions using Python, REST APIs, and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic AI, or equivalent technologies.
•
Build durable and distributed workflow orchestration for long-running AI and engineering workloads.
•
Integrate AI workflows with enterprise and developer infrastructure, including job execution environments, source-control systems, engineering tools, and internal services.
•
Develop and improve CLI and developer tooling, including installation, configuration, validation, update, and integration experiences.
•
Design reliable execution patterns covering retries, failure handling, state management, and external-system interactions.
•
Rapidly create prototypes and evolve successful prototypes into secure, maintainable, production-ready solutions.
•
Create technical documentation, examples, and reference implementations that simplify adoption by engineering teams.
•
Partner with domain engineers and cross-functional teams to translate complex engineering processes into reusable AI-enabled workflows.
•
Experience developing distributed applications using service-oriented or microservices architectures, message queues or event-driven patterns, caching, idempotency, retries, and consistency-aware design.
Required Qualifications
