What You Can Expect:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the dedicated point of contact for clients, providing regular shipping updates and resolving concerns proactively.
- Onboarding & Retention: Guide new clients smoothly through onboarding processes and maintain high service standards to drive account retention
- Tracking and Support: Monitor shipments in transit and update clients on delivery progress.
- Risk Management: Arrange cargo insurance and handle claims for lost or damaged goods
- Documentation Management: Verify the commercial invoices and request for all import/export paperwork to be raised
- Rate Negotiation: Negotiate prices and book cargo space with transport carriers and in our internal systems
- Proof of Delivery (POD) Management: Collect, verify, and log Proof of Delivery (POD) documents promptly to trigger client billing and close out files.
