The Role…
At Soho House, as a Lead Therapist, you will oversee the daily operations of the therapy team, ensuring the highest standards of client care and service excellence. Key duties…
•
Deliver a range of high-quality therapeutic treatments consistent with the club’s standards and member preferences
•
Supervise, train, and mentor junior therapists, ensuring continuous professional development and adherence to protocols
•
Manage daily treatment schedules, ensuring optimal team productivity and member satisfaction
•
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of new therapies, products, and industry trends to enhance service offerings
•
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations at all times
•
Handle member enquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion
•
Collaborate with Spa Manager and other departments to coordinate wellness events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
•
Manage stock levels of therapy products and equipment, placing orders as needed
•
Lead regular team meetings to foster communication, motivation, and continuous improvement
•
Maintain detailed client records and treatment documentation in line with confidentiality policies
What we are looking for…
A successful Lead Therapist for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.
