Key Responsibilities
•
Application Deployment & Orchestration: Package, deploy, and maintain complex applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS).
•
Kubernetes Architecture: Oversee cluster architecture, namespace topology, ingress controllers, service meshes, and stateful/stateless workloads.
•
Autoscaling & Observability: Implement workload autoscaling using custom application and infrastructure metrics.
•
Cluster Security & Hardening: Enforce container security best practices, perform base image hardening, implement network policies, manage RBAC, and integrate continuous security scanning into deployment pipelines.
•
Cloud Infrastructure & Integration: Integrate Kubernetes clusters with native Azure and AWS services (e.g., IAM/Entra ID integration, key vaults, storage, secret management, and cloud networking).
