About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Associate to assist in managing Amazon accounts and facilitating daily operations. You will collaborate closely with our team to ensure that product listings, inventory, and customer communications are handled smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
•
Keyword & Product Research
•
Manage and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and bullet points
•
Oversee inventory, FBA shipments, and restocking requirements
•
Perform backend tasks on Amazon such as updating prices, managing variations, and conducting compliance checks
•
Address customer inquiries and feedback through Amazon
•
Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and catalog-related issues
•
Ensure that product data is accurate and consistent across various marketplaces
•
Upload and manage new products and SKUs
•
Generate and examine sales reports to monitor performance and discover opportunities
•
Work in conjunction with marketing and operations to ensure accurate product information
Qualifications:
•
Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central
•
Solid understanding of Listing optimization, Seller Central tasks, and Amazon regulations
•
