About the role
This senior lead role is for CCP-credentialed (or equivalent) practitioners who can anchor scored municipal classification and compensation proposals and guide delivery quality for city, county, school, and related public employers.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
•
Lead compensation and classification methodology, quality review, and client-facing delivery
•
Guide job-structure and pay-plan analyses and validate SME work products
•
Facilitate stakeholder sessions and present findings to public-sector leaders
•
Coordinate subject-matter experts across concurrent municipal pursuits
•
Support implementation recommendations and defensible written deliverables
•
Authorize written name use and live references on proposals that match your expertise (when you agree)
