Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.
To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on engineering mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment! As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will partner closely with Staff Engineers and engineering leaders on cross-team, cross-repository initiatives that strengthen Fever’s technical foundation.
This is not a coordination-only role. We are looking for someone who can operate close to the technical decision-making: understanding trade-offs, identifying risks, managing partners, challenging assumptions, and proactively proposing solutions when projects become ambiguous or blocked.
In this individual-contributor leadership role, you will act as the connective tissue between our strategic vision and cross-squad engineering execution. Staff Engineers and engineering leaders may define the broader architecture, but you will be expected to own the day-to-day execution decisions needed to turn that direction into delivered outcomes.
You are trusted by Staff Engineers and Engineering leaders to drive execution without depending on them for every day-to-day decision, while engineering teams see you as someone who brings technical clarity, removes blockers, and helps them make better decisions faster. Complex initiatives move forward with clear ownership, fewer bottlenecks, and stronger alignment across teams, while leadership has visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and trade-offs without needing to chase for updates. Overall, you help Fever execute foundational technical improvements faster, with stronger judgment and less coordination overhead.
