About the role
About the role: As anOracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Analyst, main role is to design / develop / Support solutions for HR processes in Schneider Electric and play a crucial role in digitization initiatives by the Organization.
Qualifications & Certifications
1.
B.Sc Computer Science Graduate or Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
2.
Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, either specialist or Implementor level from Oracle University.
Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience
General
1.

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

As a consultant, Work towards enabling solutions via CHRs & Projects

Resolve technical / config issues
3.
Act as Technical L3 Support to resolve complex tickets

Perform testing & follow processes for Release Upgrades & Deployments
5.
Participate in Agile Scrum calls to provide updates
6.
Learn, understand & assess release content document for upgrade
7.
Document the solutions and prepare process flow diagrams
Shift Timings
This is a Global Project spanning several countries in various time zone. Depending on the need the requirement would be to work in different time zones including US time zones.
