This opportunity for an Engineer | Structural (m/f/d) will be integrated into the Aeronautics team.
Job Description
•
Develop tools/methodologies to support the structural analysis process.
•
Perform calculation and validation steps for components/products under provided load cases.
•
Prepare and develop FEM models from CAD geometries.
•
Critical post-processing and reporting of analysis’ results to detect errors and apply/propose corrective actions.
•
Identify issues and propose/develop improvements to meet established requirements, targets, or to solve problems.
•
Provide the manager with any requested information for planning, execution or control of technical activities such as:
•
The activities’ plan definition and the reporting and tracking of project tasks’ status.
•
Provide work estimates and projections.
•
Identify goals and requirements, as well as determine the most. appropriate analysis for each case (analytical, numerical, mixed, static, etc.).
•
Alert to potential problems, deviations and needs.
•
Support the test and certification campaigns.
•
Contribute towards the creation of project reports and any other relevant. certification documentation.
Qualifications
•
Academic background in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautics, Mechanics or equivalent.
•
Proven experience in the structural sizing and/or approval of components/products.
•
Previous experience working with Hyperworks, Ansys, MSOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
