Work Environment/Physical Demands/Position Type and Expected Work Time
· Work is performed in a combination of office settings, client locations, and active construction job sites, including commercial, industrial, mission critical/data center, and service environments
· Regular presence across multiple project sites or programs is required to support execution, leadership, and client engagement
· Frequent interaction with executive-level stakeholders, clients, and internal leadership, requiring a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
· Exposure to construction site conditions including noise, dust, confined spaces, heights, energized environments, and varying weather conditions when on-site
· Must comply with all company and site-specific safety requirements, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, gloves, and appropriate footwear
· Travel may be required on a regular basis, including local, regional, and occasional extended travel depending on project assignments and client needs
· Work environment is high-demand, fast-paced, and results-driven, requiring the ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and complex stakeholder expectations simultaneously

Typical Schedule/Shift Details:
· Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, aligned with business operations; work hours are driven by project portfolio demands and deliverables
· Schedule requires flexibility to support multiple projects or programs simultaneously, including alignment with varying project timelines and field operations
· Regular presence on job sites, client locations, and internal meetings is required, which may include early mornings, extended workdays, or staggered schedules
· Occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary to support critical milestones, shutdowns, commissioning activities, or client requirements
· Availability outside of standard business hours is expected to address project issues, client needs, and time-sensitive decisions impacting project performance
· Travel is required on a regular basis and may include local, regional, and occasional extended travel depending on project assignments and client demands
· This position is classified as exempt and is not eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable federal and state laws
· The role is expected to fulfill the responsibilities of the position regardless of hours required, with workload driven by project portfolio demands, client commitments, and business objectives
· Additional hours, including early mornings, extended workdays, evenings, or weekends, may be necessary to support critical project milestones, executive-level client needs, and schedule-sensitive activities
· Availability outside of standard business hours is expected to address project issues, support decision-making, and respond to time-sensitive matters impacting project or business performance
· Work schedules are managed with a high degree of independence and accountability, in coordination with senior leadership, to ensure successful delivery of projects and operational objectives
