Sales and strategy:
•
Work directly with regional management team and Head of Corporate Planning to (1) develop commercial strategy with timely analysis, and (2) to support new product launching and decision-making.
•
Drive new operation initiatives end-to-end from conceptualization (including market research and profitability analysis) to execution (project planning, go to market, tracking and monitoring project performance, progress, profitability and ROI).
Data Analysis:
•
Monitoring loan portfolio key matrics and performance, by using analytical tools
•
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools, e.g. Power BI and Tableau
•
Customize dashboards to meet the specific requirements of different business units and stakeholders.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans that align with company’s goals and objectives. (e.g. Expansion planning, budgeting, optimization of marketing, operations and sales strategy)
