Job Description
The Men’s Soccer Coach will be responsible for planning and directing the recruitment, conditioning, training, and performance of student-athletes.
Responsibilities
Other responsibilities include fiscal program management, scheduling coordination, and day-to-day operations of the NJCAA Division III intercollegiate soccer program.
Located on the Worthington campus. This position is credit based pay.
This position is a total of 9 credits.
Credit rate range: $1435 - $2396 per credit
Annual salary range: $12,920 - $21,567 per year
Pay is determined based on education and experience.

Responsibilities:
•
Student-athlete recruitment – Ability to identify prospective student-athletes, assess talent, and build relationships.

Minimum Qualifications
Education Requirement
•
Master’s degree in physical education, exercise science, or kinesiology OR
•
Master’s degree in any field with a minimum of 18 graduate semester credits (27 graduate quarter credits) in physical education, exercise science, or kinesiology.
Preferred Qualifications
•
Playing experience at the college level.
•
Evidence of soccer coaching ability.
•
Understanding of the comprehensive duties of collegiate coaching.
