· Support personnel with safety checks, audits, and workplace safety tours.

Experience in the following essential: including SQMBWA (Safety & Quality Management by Walking Around), the Four-Eyes Principle, Work in Progress (WIP) controls, Stop Work Authority, and incident reporting and corrective action processes through S-TIRS
· Conduct safety inspections in collaboration with management teams.
· Identify, document, and report unsafe conditions, incidents, and examples of best practice.
· Monitor, coordinate, and follow up on corrective and preventive safety actions.
· Deliver safety training and awareness sessions for internal employees.
· Mentor and guide new employees in the company’s safety culture and procedures.
· Ensure compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements and promote safe working practices.
· Maintain and monitor tool calibration records, ensuring all equipment remains within certification and calibration requirements.
