Overview
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive critical programs and operational initiatives within the OCI Metering team.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate across engineering, product, business operations, and finance teams to deliver complex initiatives, establish scalable operational processes, and resolve billing challenges for OCI’s strategic customers.
You will be responsible for driving predictable execution across multiple Metering and Billing initiatives, establishing effective operational processes, and improving visibility, coordination, and accountability across teams. You will play a key role in unblocking complex billing issues for strategic customers, building trusted cross-functional relationships, and identifying opportunities to simplify manual processes through automation.
