The Company:
Our client is a well-established and growing telco operator. With their expansion scheme, they are now looking for a Infra Project Manager.
Responsibilities
As a Infra Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
•
Ensure that the team conducts health check, conduct infrastructure monitoring, handle customer queries, investigate incidents, resolve, apply fixes and ensure they are tracked until closure.
•
Involve in transitions between the project and operation teams.
•
Engage at all levels of customer’s relationships.
•
Establish and maintain strong relationships within a customer’s organization and escalate if needed.
•
Comfortable leading meetings presenting to Customers, Partners/vendors and internal stakeholders.
•
Simultaneously driving multiple short-term/long-term complex projects with tight deadlines.
Requirements
