Responsibilities
Job Description:• Provide Level 1 helpdesk support for system access, connectivity, and basic technical issues.
• Monitor servers, applications, and system performance.
• Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
• Help maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
• Assist with deployment processes, system updates, and backups.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Work closely with the engineering team to improve automation and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications:
