About the role
Job Summary: If you are looking to make a difference in people live and passionate about the healthcare sector ICG-Medical is looking for a vibrant Consultant who is confident, has people skills, wants better working hours and enjoys speaking to people and over looking to explore into a new industry.
Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
•
Generating leads and sourcing Social care/Homecare professional.
•
Building strong relationships with candidates, clients, and referral networks.
•
Using social media, databases, and other channels to identify new talent.
•
Managing candidate pipelines, databases, and availability.
•
Conducting welfare calls and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
•
Developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
•
Supporting compliance processes and ensuring candidate documentation is up to date.
Requirements
What are we looking for?

Graduates
•
At least 1 year of work experience.
•
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•
Making 150 calls per day to attract the right candidates
