About the role
We are looking for a meticulous and driven Test Analyst with exposure to the FinTech or banking sector. In this role, you will assist in testing financial systems and applications to ensure their accuracy, performance, and compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to help deliver high-quality digital solutions in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
He/she shall also be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned PROJECT:

Assist in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and system requirements.
•
Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing on financial platforms and digital banking systems.
•
Identify, log, and track defects using test management or issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
•
Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and analysts to validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
•
Conduct testing across multiple environments (UAT, staging, production) for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
•
Support testing of features related to payments, loans, digital wallets, user onboarding, or other financial services.
•
Assist in validating system compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., KYC, AML, PCI-DSS).
•
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of QA documentation and knowledge bases.
•
Help monitor application performance and user feedback post-deployment.
