About the role
We’re a small, async-first team that values craft and ownership. We want someone who wants to be on camera, create content, and become a face people recognize. You need taste, energy, and a body of content you’ve already made.
What you’ll actually do:
•
On camera, on the fly. You’re the face of Littlebird. Talking to a lens, reacting, explaining, or just as happily stopping a stranger for a candid street interview. You can create content in the moment, not just when everything’s scripted and lit.

Ideate with the team. You’ll sit with the content team to come up with viral ideas and help script them.
•
See it through, end to end. You’re not just the face. You help carry content from idea to shoot to final upload, working alongside our editor pod the whole way.
•
Keep content moving. Chase the small stuff so videos actually ship: briefs, shoot days, handoffs, the posting calendar.
•
Grow the creator team. Help spot, reach out to, and bring on new creators, and keep the vibe consistent as the team grows.
