We are looking for a Technical Lead / Engineering Manager to lead the next evolution of our platforms.
You’ll own the technical direction and delivery of a cross-functional engineering team, balancing long-term platform investments with rapid product delivery. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role where you’ll shape architecture, raise engineering standards, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow Engineering Leaders, you’ll tackle complex engineering problems while building reliable, secure, and scalable platforms that underpin digital services across government.
