Job Description
•
Co-creating the strategy for building our software development service offering.
•
Participating in presales – understanding client needs, proposing architecture, estimating efforts, and presenting solutions.
•
Managing development teams on projects (no micromanagement – you own the tech and delivery aspects).
•
Developing internal engineering standards (code review, tool selection, development best practices).
•
Supporting the sales and recruitment teams in selecting the right candidates for ongoing and upcoming projects.
•
Shaping our tech identity – from delivery processes to market presence.
Qualifications

Someone with experience as an Architect / Tech Lead / Head of Engineering / CTO – minimum 6–8 years in the IT industry.
