Company Overview
LevelUp is a specialist agency that provides outsourcing solutions to agencies, software vendors, and website owners. For over seven years, we have successfully collaborated with a variety of companies, providing valuable technical, operational, and back-office support. We have a large team of skilled and passionate professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality work for our clients.
Position Overview
You’ll join LevelUp to support a global provider of accounting and audit software as it launches a new AI product to its existing customers. You’ll be the first person those customers talk to when they’re ready to buy: helping them choose the right package and complete their purchase, mainly through live chat and email, and sometimes by phone. You’ll also run outbound campaigns to existing customers based on how they use the product, such as reaching out when they’re close to their usage limit, haven’t started using it yet, or look ready for a bigger package.
Responsibilities
•
Handle live chat and email from customers who have used, or are close to using, their free credits, and take calls when a customer would rather talk
•
Explain package options and pricing in plain language and guide customers through checkout in Salesforce CPQ
•
Handle common objections such as price or timing, following the sales playbook while keeping the conversation natural
•
Hand large or multi-seat inquiries to the right account manager with clear notes
•
Log every interaction in Salesforce, including detailed notes such as purchase intent, objections, and usage patterns
•
Help customers who want a person to confirm before buying online
•
Run outbound chat and email campaigns to existing customers based on how they use the product
