What You’ll Do:
•
Support clients by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
•
Work directly with clients and model strategies for technicians and caregivers
•
Collect and analyze data to guide progress
•
Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals
•
Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing clinical reviews
•
Maintain documentation that’s ethical, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant
What We’re Looking For:

Someone who is a credentialed BCBA in good standing
•
A passion for helping individuals with autism and developmental needs
•
Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection
•
Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude
•
Commitment to ethical, culturally respectful care
•
Completion of New Mexico’s background check registry
