We are looking for a reliable and experienced Spanish-speaking ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services for a 9-year-old boy in Warwick, NY.

👦 Client: 9-year-old boy
•
🏠 Setting: In-home services
•
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30–5:30 PM
•
📍 Location: Warwick, NY
•
💰 Pay: $25–$30 per hour
•
🧩 Services: In-home ABA support
⚠️ Important
The client may display aggressive and challenging behaviors, so candidates must be comfortable managing these behaviors and able to remain calm, patient, and consistent while providing one-on-one support.
✅ Requirements

🎓 High school diploma or equivalent
•
🇪🇸 Spanish-speaking
•
👧👦 Experience working with children
•
🧩 Experience with children on the autism spectrum or challenging behaviors preferred
•
💪 Comfortable working with aggressive behaviors
•
🤝 Reliable, patient, and responsible
•
❤️ Caring and comfortable providing one-on-one support
•
🏡 Comfortable working in a home environment
