About the role

As Fulfillment and Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our customers receive world-class service and our operations run seamlessly across both our Shenzhen hub and our Hong Kong logistics operations.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment
•
Own the end-to-end order process: from receipt to delivery.
•
Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch.
•
Track shipments and keep systems updated with real-time status.
Inventory Management
•
Monitor stock levels and trigger restocking proactively.
•
Maintain accurate records of movements, returns, and damaged goods.
•
Lead periodic audits to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
•
Manage inventory and order workflows in Cin7, our primary logistics and inventory platform.
Hong Kong Logistics
•
Travel to Hong Kong for at least one week per month to manage our logistics operations there on-site.
•
Coordinate shipments, inventory, and logistics partners on the Hong Kong side.
Customer & Partner Liaison
•
Be the go-to contact for customers on fulfillment and delivery.
•
Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
Data & Process Improvement
•
Analyze fulfillment and inventory data to spot inefficiencies.
•
Drive improvements that enhance speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
•
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and best practices.
🚀 Requirements
•
3+ years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management, including e-commerce operations.
•
