Metaview is an AI company focused on recruiting. We build AI agents that help world-class companies hire with radically more speed and precision. We automate the toil, and augment the human for companies like Brex, Affirm, Deel, ElevenLabs, and Airtable.
Founded by Siadhal and Shahriar after their experiences scaling Uber and Palantir, we’ve raised $110m from top-tier investors including Google Ventures and Insight Partners.

The role
Siadhal’s time is a valuable resource at Metaview, and this role protects it. You’ll sit next to him in our Shoreditch office and remove the friction and clutter around him, so he can perform at his best and focus his attention on the most important things.
You’ll be part of the Office of the CEO, working directly with Siadhal (CEO) and Raza (Chief of Staff) as we scale from 80 to 250 people.
Key ownership areas:
•
Own Siadhal’s time: design his week around the company’s priorities and coordinate across customers, investors, the board and US time zones without anything slipping.
•
Be his trusted proxy on email correspondence with customers, investors and candidates.
•
Organise founder projects end to end: talks and podcasts, dinners, events and offsites.
•
Run our London office to the standard of our Hospitality principle.
•
Engineer the admin away with AI, and catch what’s falling through the cracks before anyone asks.
