Position Type: Contingent on Contract Award.
Salary: $95k-$160k (depending on experience)
About the role
The Program Manager leads overall program execution, overseeing cost, schedule, performance, and risk across all task areas supporting global LVC environments.
Essential Functions:
•
Lead end-to-end program execution across all SOW task areas.
•
Manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk at the program level.
•
Oversee PMRs, reporting, and contract deliverables.
•
Ensure compliance with DoD/Navy policies and contractual requirements.
•
Direct workforce planning, staffing, and performance management.
•
Coordinate with Government stakeholders and senior leadership.
•
Drive strategic planning, continuous improvement, and mission success.
•
Other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
Required:
•
12+ years of experience in program/project management or related field.
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•
Experience managing or supporting complex IT or engineering programs/projects.
•
