We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Enablement team, where you will help design , build, and maintain the tools, platforms, and services that our software development teams rely on every day.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of software engineering, automation, DevOps, and AI. You will help simplify, streamline, and automate our developers’ daily work through smart solutions in CI/CD, build systems, developer tooling, and AI-powered automation.
Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer within CI/CD you will:
•
Develop and maintain tools and services used by multiple development teams.
•
Design, improve, and automate CI/CD pipelines.
•
Build integrations between systems and platforms.
•
Drive standardization and continuous improvement of development processes.
•
Explore and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve productivity.
•
Support and collaborate with development teams on tooling, workflows, and best practices.
•
Contribute to a modern developer platform focused on user experience, quality, and efficiency.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who has:
•
Experience in Java development, preferably within tooling, platform engineering, or backend services.
•
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated build and delivery workflows.
•
Strong knowledge of scripting, Linux environments, and container technologies.
•
Experience with Git-based development workflows.
•
