About the role
We are looking for an IT Engineer to join our internal IT team. This role involves delivering end-user support, administering core IT infrastructure, and governing our hardware assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise environments, a passion for emerging technologies, and fluent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Scope and resolve hardware, software, Windows OS, and basic network issues to provide first-level IT support for internal staff
2.
Operate and ensure the high availability and stability of IT infrastructure supporting internal systems
3.
Manage the IT hardware lifecycle, maintain inventory records, and coordinate periodic IT asset audits
4.
Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical best practices, and troubleshooting solutions
5.
Provide knowledge transfer and technical training to internal departments
6.
Demonstrate strong technical competency, performance, and professional readiness
7.
Be eligible to participate in overseas projects (6–12 months)
Required Experience
8.
