What You Can Expect:
What You’ll Actually Do:
•
Own the whole thing. Lead a customer project from kickoff to live, including the design, the build, the rollout and proving it worked.
•
Figure out the real problem. Talk to the engineer and business owners, cut through vague asks, and say “that won’t help you” when it won’t.
•
Build real stuff. Write the integrations, data pipelines, services and AI or workflow logic that make our platform work in the official environment.
•
Handle the messy parts. Security reviews, access controls, private networks, and old systems with no documentation.
•
Fix things when they break. Debug across our platform and the customer’s stack, and fix it fast.
•
Make the product better. Turn what you see in the field into specific requests, and build reusable tools so the next project goes faster.
•
Talk like a human. Explain status, risks and results clearly to engineers and executives, without buzzwords.
•
Share what you know. Mentor newer engineers, review their work, and help write the playbooks you wish you’d had.
