Main Responsibilities
•
Develop the website experience, aligned with business and marketing goals
•
Plan and prioritize technical improvements to ensure the website effectively attracts, educates, and converts visitors
•
Own and maintain the website backlog together with stakeholders from marketing, product, and engineering
•
Lead consistent and smooth delivery of a small web team
•
Work closely with marketing to support campaign execution, messaging alignment, and growth initiatives through the website technical capabilities
•
Run A/B tests, and implement improvements to increase engagement and conversion rates
•
Ensure the website delivers strong performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
•
Always seek for technical innovations in website experience.

Salary Ranges

Gross Salary 4700 - 6700 EUR/month
