The Senior Legal Counsel, Supply Chain will serve as a strategic legal partner to Fluence’s global procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and operations teams. This role will be responsible for structuring, drafting, negotiating, and managing a wide variety of complex commercial transactions involving the procurement, manufacture, and delivery of critical components, systems, and services supporting Fluence’s energy storage business.
The successful candidate will advise on domestic and international supply chain matters, including supplier agreements, manufacturing arrangements, strategic sourcing initiatives, operational risk management, compliance requirements, intellectual property protection, logistics, and supply continuity.
This position requires a pragmatic, collaborative attorney capable of balancing commercial objectives with effective risk management in a fast-paced, highly technical, and global business environment.
