Titan Security is hiring Flex Security Officers for the Willis Tower in Downtown Chicago!
All candidates must also be available to work weekends and holidays. Flex Officers do not have a set schedule and must be available to work at least two (2) of the three (3) shifts. We will make every effort to give advance notice of assignments for open shifts, vacation coverages, personal days, etc., but call-offs may need to be covered with four (4) hours or less notice. The more availability you have, the more hours you’ll be available to pick up!
Responsibilities
Responsibilities of Flex Security Officers include, but are not limited to:
•
Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
•
Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
•
Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
•
Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
•
Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
•
Other duties as assigned
