Remilia Corporation is a creative technology studio headquartered in Irvine, California, with a design studio in Seoul—roughly twenty people across a social platform in development, fashion, publications, film, and cultural events.
About the role
This role owns the company’s operational infrastructure: financial administration (our external bookkeeper relationship, expenses, payments, vendor management, budget tracking), people operations (onboarding through offboarding, records, benefits coordination, running the HR processes on our existing levels and review framework), contract coordination (review against business terms, execution, repository, liaison with outside counsel on routine matters), and office operations. Much of this infrastructure was recently built and is in its first year of operation—the job is to run it, find where it breaks, and extend it as the company grows, escalating to leadership and counsel where judgment exceeds the role.
You have:

Compensation
Base salary $85K–$125K and equity grant depending on level assessment. Generous PTO, health insurance, lifestyle stipends.
